We had a fantastic stay at Silversprings. The location was perfect, right in the city center with restaurants and pubs on our doorstep. The apartment felt like a home away from home, and Juliett and her team were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for a quick and easy check-in. The customer service was exceptional, with early access and a later checkout. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The little touches, like chocolate biscuits and orange juice, made us feel cared for. We will definitely be back!
Can just recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lively Gandy Street and the impressive Exeter Cathedral. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had high ceilings, making it feel elegant.
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of finding parking for larger vehicles in the rear at night. What a delightful challenge!

I had an amazing stay at these apartments. The staff provided excellent customer service, accommodating my requests without any issue. The apartment was spotless and had a fantastic interior design. I was grateful that tea, coffee, cups, plates, and cleaning materials were provided. The location was perfect, just a 5-7 minute walk from the train station and close to the city center, making it easy to access all amenities. a great experience!

We stayed at Silversprings for two days and found the accommodation excellent. Well furnished, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, quiet location, excellent wifi. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby and 5 mins to the Central railway station. Communication with reception was fast and helpful, thanks Juliet!
